GoJo Agency offers an SMS messaging program for contacts who opt in through our website forms. This section describes the program and your rights.
Program description. By submitting a form on gojoagency.com and checking the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from GoJo Agency at the phone number you provide. Messages may include appointment and account-related notifications, inquiry follow-ups, status updates, and marketing offers and updates about our services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. GoJo Agency is not responsible for these charges.
How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. To resume, sign up again as you did initially.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
