What platform do you build on?
It depends on what your business needs. Most small business sites are built on WordPress — clean, fast, and easy for you to update. We never push a platform because it’s easier for us — we pick what’s best for your business.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes. Every site comes with a walkthrough of how to make basic updates — change your hours, update a service, add a photo. For larger updates or ongoing content, we offer monthly maintenance plans.
Do you write the copy, or do I need to provide it?
We write the copy — included in the Growth and Authority packages and available as an add-on for Starter. Good copy is the difference between a site that ranks and converts and one that looks nice and does nothing.
How long does a website build take?
Most Starter and Growth sites launch in 3–4 weeks from kickoff. Authority builds typically take 5–7 weeks. Timeline depends on how quickly you can provide feedback during review stages.
What if I already have a website that just needs updating?
